Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and resellable.

Grooming liquids and consumable items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem. Contact us, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

Pack your item securely and send it back to us.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away — we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
