We want you and your pup to love everything you get from Nuggy Dog Co. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange any unused, unwashed, and resellable item within 30 days of delivery.

• All original packaging and tags must be included.

• We do not accept returns on grooming liquids or consumables unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return
Send us an email at nuggydogco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you next steps and a return address.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

• For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost to ship the new item back to you.

Refunds
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
